  • Police: Man draws swastikas in blood

    After his arrest he cut himself and scrawled swastikas on the glass of a police cruiser.
    Fournier was arrested on several charges after being stopped for riding a moped that he didn’t have the paperwork to prove he owned and because his license had been revoked because he was a habitual offender. Fournier videotaped the police, saying they were harassing him.

  • REPAIR SCAMS

    Fournier has frequently posted on FB over the years, under the name “Evergreen” offering services like computer, car, and moto repair - often taking the device or vehicle, only to steal it, leaving the victim without recourse. DO NOT hire him for any repairs or services of any kind, no matter how small.

  • DEFRAUD OF ESTATE

    Taken in by a beloved, since passed, Provincetown artist, Fournier, through theft. found this artists’ will and estate documents. In a truly vile act, Fournier forged the documents and upon the artists’ death, presented the documents as though her home, estate, etc., had all been left to him. Thankfully, a local group of mainly women, stepped in to save the property and estate, but not before having to file a restraining order against Fournier.

  • HOUSING SCAM

    As of fall 2025 Fournier is posting on FB that he can assist with housing in Provincetown. This is a grift to defraud people out of money.

    Fournier has NO permanent address, often living in his car:

    A black BMW (around 2006), with tan interior, and several dents.

  • Terrorist Threats

    A terroristic threat is a statement or action threatening to commit a crime of violence to intimidate or terrorize others, causing them to reasonably fear for their safety or the safety of others.

    If Fournier can fabricate a situation whereupon he calls police on YOU, he will seize that opportunity for the upper hand.

    Dave Fournier is a known methamphetamine user.
